Working with me

I offer in person sessions either indoors or outdoors in St Leonards-on-Sea. I also offer online sessions for those who prefer it or live further afield. There are a number of advantages to working online including accessibility, travel time and costs and it can potentially help remove any psychological barriers.

If you think I could be the right counsellor for you let’s have a free 20-minute consultation on the phone.  If we decide to work together we would usually make arrangements to meet weekly at a regular time either for a short or longer term.

Fees

I charge £60 per 50 minutes. I also offer a limited number of places at lower cost for those who cannot afford the full fee.

Confidentiality and protecting your data

As a registered member of the BACP I abide by their standards and ethical requirements which include strict guidance on the requirements of confidentiality and data protection. I am also registered with the ICO the body that protects data privacy for individuals.
